  • your personal Capital One account number
  • your social security number
  • a valid email address
  • other personal information

what to do:

  • click on the green “Enroll Now” button
  • click on the green “Yes I’m Ready” button
  • proceed to enter in all the required information on the Your Information page and then click on the green “Continue to Step 2″ button
  • proceed to enter and select all the required information on the For Your Security page and then continue
  • proceed to enter and select all the required information on the Verify your Account page and then continue
  • proceed to review all the required information on the Additional Options page and then continue
  • proceed to provide all the remainder required information in order to complete the activation so that you can now receive your Complete and Activated confirmation
